The Old Police House is a terraced cottage in the village of Braunton. The cottage has two double rooms (one with access to the decked area) and a family room upstairs, along with a bathroom. Downstairs, the former cell is now a room with adult bunks and there is also a kitchen with dining area, a utility room and a sitting room. Outside is an enclosed, rear garden area accessed by steps, with a small lawn and a raised decked area with furniture and barbecue and views over the village. Cars can stop to load and unload directly outside the property, and parking is found in residential streets a two minute walk away or in the 24-hour council pay and display car park, just a four minute walk away.
